Cancellation Policy

IGS has a 30-day cancellation period. If you fail to cancel your trip before this period ends, your deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Cancellations due to weather and river conditions will be determined by our professional guides.

Refunds

All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, regardless of who initiates the cancellation. However, full deposit amounts can be applied toward a rescheduled trip without incurring a processing fee.
